The Woodridge Area Chamber of Commerce and the Woodridge Public Education Foundation of Woodridge School District 68 are teaming up to organize a 10 Mile race, 5K run/walk, and 1 Mile Children’s Fun Run. Our goals are to highlight the Seven Bridges commercial area as Woodridge’s new “Downtown” and to promote health and fitness to children and adults from Woodridge and our surrounding communities.

The Woodridge Area Chamber of Commerce serves over 250 professionals, local businesses, industries, organizations, and governmental units in and around Woodridge. The spirit and purpose behind the Chamber is to promote business and community growth towards achieving and maintaining a prosperous economic climate.

The Woodridge Public Education Foundation is a not-for-profit corporation that was started in June, 1990 through the efforts of the Board of Education of Woodridge School District 68. Its purpose is to attract private monies to identify, fund, and advance special innovative projects/programs for the enrichment of District 68 students that would not normally be supported by tax dollars.
